TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Teen Road to Safety, Inc. (“Teen Road to Safety,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, driver education programs, behind-the-wheel training, advanced driver training, evaluations, communications, and related services.

By registering for, purchasing, participating in, or using any Teen Road to Safety service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Students participating in Teen Road to Safety programs must meet all applicable California licensing requirements. Students under the age of 18 may be required to have a parent or legal guardian provide consent, sign required documents, and accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Teen Road to Safety provides educational and driver training services, including but not limited to:

  • Online Driver Education
  • Classroom Driver Education
  • Behind-the-Wheel Driver Training
  • Advanced Driver Training Programs
  • DMV Drive Test Preparation
  • Senior Driving Evaluations
  • Other educational and safety-related services

Completion of any Teen Road to Safety program does not guarantee DMV licensing approval, passing a DMV examination, insurance discounts, or any specific driving outcome.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due prior to the start of any course, lesson, evaluation, or service unless otherwise approved by Teen Road to Safety.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Credit card transactions may be subject to applicable merchant processing fees.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services properly purchased, delivered, scheduled, or provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICE EXPIRATION

Unless otherwise stated, all purchased services expire one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Unused services may be transferred to an immediate family member only with written approval from Teen Road to Safety management and must remain within the original expiration period.

ONLINE AND CLASSROOM DRIVER EDUCATION

Online Driver Education: Students must successfully complete all coursework and examinations to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Classroom Driver Education: Students must attend all required sessions and complete all required assignments to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Certificates are generally issued within seven (7) business days of successful completion.

Duplicate or expedited Certificates of Completion may be subject to a $25 processing fee.

BEHIND-THE-WHEEL TRAINING

Students must possess a valid California Instruction Permit during all driving lessons.

Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Students who fail to appear for a scheduled lesson or who cannot safely participate due to illness, impairment, fatigue, unsafe footwear, or other safety concerns may be charged a $75 no-show fee.

ADVANCED DRIVER TRAINING

Applicable fees and signed liability waivers must be received prior to participation.

Students under 18 years of age must have all required documents signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Students are responsible for providing a safe and roadworthy vehicle unless otherwise arranged with Teen Road to Safety.

Advanced Training cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for Online Driver Education, Classroom Driver Education, Behind-the-Wheel Training, Advanced Driver Training, Pre-Drive Tests, Senior Driving Evaluations, or other services offered by Teen Road to Safety.

If an incorrect service is purchased and Teen Road to Safety approves a refund, an administrative processing fee may apply.

Approved refunds, if any, will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.

Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to a $50 reactivation fee.

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

By providing your mobile phone number, texting Teen Road to Safety, Inc., or submitting a form through our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages regarding:

  • Driving lesson scheduling and reminders
  • Class scheduling and updates
  • Enrollment information
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Customer service communications
  • Account notifications
  • Important service-related updates

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency may vary.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

Teen Road to Safety, Inc. does not sell, rent, release, transfer, or share SMS consent, phone numbers, or SMS messaging information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Teen Road to Safety provides educational and training services only. Participation in driver training involves inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Road to Safety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from participation in any lesson, course, event, training program, or related service.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in Teen Road to Safety programs, you grant Teen Road to Safety permission to photograph, record, and use your name, image, likeness, and voice for educational, promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.

Parents or legal guardians provide such consent on behalf of minor participants.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Teen Road to Safety reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
